The culture of giving donation restricts the people get the high quality education as they need to pay a large amount of money for that. students believes that educational institutions are the place to worship as they get education and knowledge but the deterioration of the ethical practices in the education system has changes the face of the whole syst em for the students (Reyhner and Eder, 2015). They look for their idols in the schools and colleges but these unethical practices in the education system reduce the respect that the students have for their institutions. In some of the states in India, the exams have transformed to Shiksha Mafia, the students are coming up with new ideas to cheat in their exams and their teachers help them in the same. This restricts the actual meaning of education to the students and also provides them wrong lessons (Umashankar and Dutta, 2007). After the independence of the county, many policies have been framed by the government to improve the education system of the country but these policies have not shown any satisfactory effect on the education system improvement. This is because the policies that have been made concentrated more on the dimensions of subjects but has given no weightage to the ethical and moral values. Managing business ethics: The government of the country has taken many initiatives in order to improve the education system and managing the business ethics in the education sector of India. In the recent years, it has been discussed that there is a need for teachers training so that they can provide correct education to the students (Ainscow and Sandill, 2010). There are policies formed by the government in order to make the standard qualification compulsory for the teachers to be appointed at the educational institutions. The government of India is also putting efforts by opening more and more semi-governmental institutions that operates by the private institutions but are governed by the government of India or the state government such as Rajasthan technical university, Mumbai university etc. As far as the curriculum of the courses in India is concerned, it has been analysed that the value education is very important for the students in India and thus the curriculum should be change according to the cultur al values of India (Agarwal, 2009). The teachers should also take the initiative to improve their teaching patterns and should be loyal to their duties so that they can play their part in the education system of India. Being ethical also delegates the responsibility to the people to perform their duties. This is also important for the parents to give ethical knowledge and values to their children. The collective efforts of all the stakeholders of education sector are important for developing the system and for managing the business ethics in the system (Miles and Singal, 2010). It has been identified from the pattern of education that it is required to provide the practical knowledge to the Indian students rather than forcing them to score good marks in the theoretical subjects. This pressure that is created on the minds of the students also results in wrong practices by the students and sometimes it leads to depression that affects the health of the students. Conclusion: This study concludes that ethics is the very important part of any business in order to maintain the values of the business. Education sector is also one of the sectors that are facing many issues in terms of ethics in India. The concept of bail in both England and in the United States was never thought as right to bail in all cases, but to provide that bail would not be excessive in cases where it is considered legitimate to set bail. The definition of Bail, as according to the Random House Dictionary of the English Language, property given as surety that a person released from custody will return custody will return at an appointed time. The concept of bail was first created by the Statute of Westminster the First of 1275 A.D., which created a detailed list of certain offenses that were bailable and those that were not. Because judges were permitted to imprison people with or without bail, the Petition of Right was enacted in 1628 A.D. Due to various frauds of petitions for habeas corpus which could not be presented the English Parliament enacted the Habeas Corpus Act of 1679 A.D., which established procedures for the release of prisoners from prison and created penalties for judges who did not comply with the Act. As a result of this, the judges then set bail so high, that it could not be met. With this Parliament responded by including in the Bill of Rights of 1689 A.D. a provision that excessive bail shoul d not be required. In America excessive fines were given meaning during the early part of the twentieth century. In an early case, the Supreme Court held that it had no authority to revise the sentence of an inferior court, despite the fact that the excessiveness of the fines were quite apparent on the face of the records. With the inability to pay, the poor were then sentenced to jail and thus giving meaning to the term ''excessive fines'' as it applied to the person sentenced. Ã¢â¬Å"James Luna, A Native American Man,Ã¢â¬ is an insightful, cut the bullshit, view of the modern Indian culture. I identify with LunaÃ¢â¬â¢s viewpoints as I have seen many of the situations he describes with his art to be true to life. I have spent a lot of time in Northern Canada fishing with my brother and father. The areas we visit are predominantly Indian reservations. Having spent quite a bit of time getting to know these types of towns and people, I have grown aware of some of the many problems that surround the modern day reservation lifestyle. It is true that most people have romantic and Disneyland-ish ideas about what it means to be a modern Indian, the most of which are complete fantasy. The reality behind the situation seems to be the exact opposite. The majority of reservation towns are dirty, poor, and run-down. Many of the people have alcohol and drug related problems starting at a young age. At a quick drive through one might assume he was passing through another slum. There are no teepees, no headdresses, and no rituals. For the most part there is only poverty. Unless the town is lucky enough to have a casino, the majority of the people live month to month on their reparation checks. This is where I believe, as do many of the Indians I have spoken to, the problem lies. The idea of reparations sounds good enough in theory. Pay people back for what was taken from them long ago. The long-term effects of reparations though tend to be devastating to the Indian culture. Why would giving people free money be harmful? Quite simply, handouts deprive people of pride, a sense of equality and belonging, and especially motivation.
